Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha - Indian ginseng

A herb that can help you deal with frequent fatigue and excessive stress. In Ayurvedic medicine, Ashwagandha has been considered one of the most effective tonics for thousands of years. If you are going through a demanding period and often feel without energy, regular use of this so-called “herb of youth” will give your body the support it needs. This is another product in the assortment under the Šaman shop brand.

Ashwagandha also improves concentration, delays fatigue and supports cardiovascular function. It has aphrodisiac, antiviral, bactericidal, antioxidant, stimulating and anti-inflammatory properties. It became widespread from India mainly due to its aphrodisiac effects. It helps both women and men with low libido. In addition, it effectively supports the reproductive system and is therefore recommended, for example, in cases of difficulty with conception; in women, it may also help reduce unpleasant symptoms accompanying menopause.

It supports the proper functioning of the immune system and the entire organism, nourishes tissues, muscles and bones, thus preventing their rapid wear. It also helps prevent a decrease in vitamin C, calcium and libido levels. Furthermore, it is used to reduce high blood pressure and to increase hemoglobin levels, thanks to its high iron content. Ashwagandha has also proven to be a suitable supplement during cancer treatment, as it protects healthy cells from tumor growth. It also protects the liver and has a positive effect on the blood. It lowers blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, and due to its high iron content, it increases the number of red blood cells. Ashwagandha is also suitable for athletes, as it protects muscle mass. With long-term use, it helps alleviate symptoms of arthritis.
