Ashwagandha - Indian ginseng
A herb that can help you deal with frequent fatigue and excessive stress. In Ayurvedic medicine, Ashwagandha has been considered one of the most effective tonics for thousands of years. If you are going through a demanding period and often feel without energy, regular use of this so-called “herb of youth” will give your body the support it needs. Ashwagandha also improves concentration, delays fatigue and supports cardiovascular function. It has aphrodisiac, antiviral, bactericidal, antioxidant, stimulating and anti-inflammatory properties. It became widespread from India mainly due to its aphrodisiac effects. It helps both women and men with low libido. In addition, it effectively supports the reproductive system and is therefore recommended, for example, in cases of difficulty with conception; in women, it may also help reduce unpleasant symptoms accompanying menopause.
It supports the proper functioning of the immune system and the entire organism, nourishes tissues, muscles and bones, thus preventing their rapid wear. It also helps prevent a decrease in vitamin C, calcium and libido levels. Furthermore, it is used to reduce high blood pressure and to increase hemoglobin levels, thanks to its high iron content. It lowers blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, and due to its high iron content, it increases the number of red blood cells. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Ashwagandha root powder contains a wide range of minerals, amino acids and alkaloids, among which the most significant is the alkaloid withanolide, responsible for the adaptogenic properties of ashwagandha.

USAGE AND DOSAGE
The optimal daily dose of Ashwagandha root powder is 3–5 g per day (3–5 scoops of 1 g). Add the powder to hot water or milk and stir. It tastes better sweetened with honey or sugar. Drink the beverage 2× daily and take a two-week break after every month of use. For capsules: 1–2 capsules daily, ideally with pure water, 30 minutes to 1 hour after a meal.
SIDE EFFECTS
No side effects have been reported with the use of Ashwagandha. However, it is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 6 years of age, persons with low blood pressure, thyroid disorders or autoimmune diseases. In such cases, consult your physician before use.
